End-of-Warranty Inspection
This inspection is typically performed just prior to the expiration of the
builder's one-year warranty, with emphasis on finding construction defects or
deficiencies. Our report carries more weight with the builders
than a regular home inspector's report, since we are a professional
engineering firm. If you use a traditional home
inspector to do your warranty inspection, you may
have to subsequently hire an engineer to address any structural
concerns. With Coyle Home Inspection Engineers, one inspection is all you need.
|
The End-of-Warranty Inspection was pioneered by
Coyle Home Inspection Engineers, back in 1995. Many other inspection companies have tried to
imitate this
service, and we take that as a compliment! But shouldn't you entrust your
home to the originator and not the imitators?

Key Benefits to having an End-of-Warranty Inspection:

so that claims may be made to the builder for corrections.
- With a professional opinion in hand you have better ability to obtain
resolution on outstanding warranty issues.
- Peace of mind. Even if no deficiencies are discovered, you will have the
peace of mind knowing that your home was well built.
