Like the End-of-Warranty Inspection (pioneered by Coyle and quickly imitated by others) we are proud to announce the 10 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY INSPECTION.
Unlike the End-of-Warranty Inspection however, this inspection cannot be copied by Home Inspectors that are not Professional Engineers. Only a Professional Engineer is allowed by State Law to render structural opinion. And the Engineers at Coyle Home Inspection Engineers are specifically trained to evaluate the structural integrity of your home at this critical time.
If your home is approaching the 10 year anniversary of construction completion, consider the following:

Due to expansive and problematic soil conditions, many new homes in Colorado come with a 10 Year Structural Warranty.

These warranties protect against structural damage to load bearing elements of the home, such as upheaval or settlement of the foundation, lateral displacement of foundation walls, buckling of structural floors, etc. Symptoms of damage may exhibit in drywall cracking, door sticking, sloping floors, etc.

Your home may have hidden structural problems that could jeopardize the integrity, value, and marketability of your home.

Even if the home has received previous structural repairs, the home may be eligible for additional claims.
