Radon Gas Testing
| Radon gas is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer and is estimated
to cause 14,000 deaths per year, according to the National Safety Council.
The EPA, the Surgeon General, the American Lung Association, and
the American Medical Association recommend testing for radon gas as a health
precaution. |
|
Key Benefits to Radon Gas Testing:
- For Buyers - Know in advance if elevated levels of radon
exist, so that mitigation can be negotiated with the
seller.
- For Sellers - Many buyers will walk away from a purchase if they
discover radon gas. Having the testing in advance allows you to mitigate the
problem in advance of the sale, to avoid losing the sale at the last
minute.
- For Homeowners - Protect the health of your family by testing
for radon gas.
